Ocean View House with Gourmet Balcony

Relax in our wonderful home with a spectacular view of the ocean and natures, close to a calm and paradisiacal beach!

The house is located in São Sebastião, São Paulo, Brazil, in a very calm and safe residential neighborhood. And with all this peacefulness, while enjoying the gourmet balcony roasting your barbecue, you will have the pleasure and opportunity to see the incredible and stunning view of the ocean, the island of Ilhabela, the bay of São Sebastião, the neighborhood, and the surrounding nature.

It has a covered gourmet veranda with barbecue grill and is located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet and safe, in a small residential condominium with 4 family houses.

Despite the house being in a residential neighborhood, everything is very close for your convenience. The city center is 1.5 km away, the beach is 150 meters away, and general conveniences are less than 500 meters away, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, gas stations, etc.

This house is like a normal house because it's furnished, has pretty much all the basic (but necessary) household items, including kitchen utensils, appliances, and crockery. Everything is almost new, very well maintained and clean.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet: The 1st is a suite with a double bed, AIR CONDITIONING, and a separate mattress. The 2nd has a double bed and a single mattress. The 3rd has 2 bunk beds (4 single).

Upon entering the main door, you will find yourself on the upper level (1st floor) where the living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bathroom (toilet), and a terrace with a barbecue grill and hammock overlooking the ocean are located. The complete kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for your stay, which are always clean and well maintained. The service door is located in the kitchen.

On the second floor, down the stairs, are the bedrooms and complete bathrooms, which include
- 1 suite bedroom with a double bed, clothes drawer, balcony, air conditioning, and a complete private bathroom with shower.
- 1 bedroom with double bed, large chest of drawers and exit to the laundry room.
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (four single beds) and balcony overlooking the backyard.
- 1 extra bathroom complete with shower
- 1 laundry room with washing tank and clothes line, ironing board and iron, accessed through the side door in the double bedroom.

Unfortunately, the third floor is temporarily closed for improvements. It is not under renovation and there is no noise coming from there. Just closed to improve the rooms to give more comfort to the guests. Access to guests will be released soon.

The covered gourmet terrace is equipped with a charcoal barbecue grill, not to mention the stunning views of the sea and surrounding nature!

In addition to the magnificent sea view the house also offers:

Things that guest must keep in mind and know before booking:

- The house has an internal spiral staircase to access the rooms, which is dangerous for small children without adult supervision.
- The balcony is positioned at a height of approximately 10 meters. Also the balconies of the rooms are in a high place.
- The access to the house is from the street and the street next to the house has a steep climb.

Within 500m you can find grocery stores, markets, gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Without counting the 'delivery' you can order pizzas, snacks, restaurant food for home delivery. But if you want something more like bars, live music, sidewalks by the sea, you should go a little further, but not much. Going 1km or 2km you have many options!
