This single-storey villa, newly renovated and centrally located in Mouriès, offers a pleasant stay with a private pool in the garden. The villa's garden is within walking distance of all stores and is adorned by a lime tree planted by the owner's great-grandfathers, providing refreshing shade. The villa has an open plan kitchen next to the living area which is equipped with modern appliances. The living/dining area has a decorative fireplace, a dining table with chairs and comfortable sofas to relax on. The bedrooms sleep six people and have a shared shower room and separate toilet. Outside, a covered terrace by the pool offers an inviting space with seating and a handy American fridge. There are two sun loungers and large stools by the pool. The private pool (6m x 4m, 1.6m deep) is accessible via a ladder. Please note: The villa is conveniently located close to stores and two air conditioning units in the hallways ensure a pleasant indoor climate. As part of the fence is low, only small dogs are allowed. Cats are not allowed for allergy reasons. Parking is available on the public highway. The villa is located in the center of the village of Mouriès in the Alpilles. All stores are within walking distance.
