Luxurious A-framed house (85m²) – arrive and relax
Spend a pleasant holiday time in this comfortable house in the Waldhessen region. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere, far away from stress and everyday life, in the midst of idyllic forests and lovely landscapes. The Waldhessen area is a true hiking and recreational paradise for singles, couples and the whole family.
This luxurious holiday house is in a leisure park in Ronshausen and can accommodate four people. It is right next to property no. 971794, ideal for a holiday with friends or grandparents. The fully renovated and enlarged A-framed house provides around 85m² of living space and is therefore 15m² larger than the other A-framed houses in the park. A functioning wireless Internet connection can be ensured here, as one of the few houses in the park. The house consists of two floors connected by wooden stairs. During the design, solid wood and warm colour tones were played with to ensure that it exudes a sense of well-being. The built-in skylights ensure optimal lighting conditions. The lower level has a lovely hallway with access to the bathroom, the stairs and the living and dining room with an adjoining kitchen. The whole living and dining room features oak furniture. A very beautiful and comfortable corner sofa suite invites you to sit and relax. The room is equipped with a flatscreen TV, a radio with an MP3 player, a DVD player and a Wii games console. The round dining table with its four chairs exudes cosiness. You can find ample storage space in the matching sideboards. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven with convection, a ceramic hob, extractor fan, bread cutting machine, toaster, mixer, egg boiler, kettle, coffee machine, cookware and all the usual utensils. In a little storage room next to the kitchen you can find a freezer, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has daylight and has a shower with a glass sliding door, a modern washbasin, a cupboard with a mirror and a WC. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm), built-in dressers and a wardrobe. The other smaller bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. There is also a toilet on the upper floor between the two bedrooms, accessed from a little hallway. The whole floor is laid with laminate in a warm wood tone. The house is non-smoking.
The sunny terrace is accessed from the living room. The terrace measures around 25m² and is secured with a railing, so you can enjoy your holiday with small children. It is rounded off by balcony furniture in a beautiful design.
Recreational suggestions include a canoe or rafting trip on the Fulda or Werra, a well-developed hiking and cycling network, a visit tot he Wartburg in Eisenach, Monte Kali in Heringen, the Merkers show mine, town tours to Bad Hersfeld, Rotenburg, Eisenach etc. There is a folder with trip suggestions in the house.
