This cozy cottage with a panoramic view of the sea is located just a few steps from the water.

From the kitchen, living room, bedroom and the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the view over the water to Bøjden and Als. The kitchen and living room are in open connection with the living room. The living room has a beautiful wood stove that you can use on cool days and evenings. There is a large, newer bathroom in the house. There are a full three terraces, one of which is under roof. Via a path directly from the garden you have a short walk to the beach, where there are several swimming spots and good bathing water.

Helnæs is a beautiful, scenic area in South Fyn, surrounding the idyllic bay of Helnæs. There are many opportunities for fishing as well as hiking and biking. At Helnæs Kro (1.5 km) you can enjoy good Danish food and a glass of wine at a reasonable price.

There is a grocery store in Ebberup (16 km). The next largest town is Haarby (20 km), where you will find several shops, pharmacies, etc.
In the old market town of Assens (22 km) there is a wide selection of stores, restaurants, cafes and a cozy harbor environment.
