Right on the beach promenade of Marbella you will find this fantastic apartment, on one of the most beautiful beaches of the city and the port, surrounded by restaurants. The residential complex in which the apartment is located offers two communal pools, one of which is located on the top floor of the building with magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. From the other pool area you can access the fine sandy beach directly via stairs. There are also two parking spaces at your disposal. The spacious apartment is tastefully furnished and has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible, and a cozy living and dining area, ideal for 6 adults and 2 children. A crib and high chair are available upon request.

    “Wij hadden huisje 1366882
    Minpunt is dat het appartement geen balkon/ terras heeft. Wij Voelden ons erg opgesloten in het appartement. Verder is het appartement uitstekend, heel ruim en schoon.Goed beveiligd gebouw! We hadden 2 parkeerplaatsen in de garage, maar 2 auto,s waren niet te parkeren op de aangegeven parkeernummers. Parkeerplekken zijn te klein om 2 auto's naast elkaar te parkeren.”
