Die ca. 75 qm große Doppelhaushälfte für max. 2 Personen befindet sich auf einem 2000 qm großen Grundstück (zur alleinigen Verfügung). Das ehemalige Bauernhaus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert wurde im Jahre 2021 aufwändig kernsaniert und hochwertig ausgestattet. Vorhanden sind ein Wohnraum (Polstermöbel, Flachbild-TV, Kachelofen), eine große Wohn-Küche (Esstisch, TV, E-Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlteil, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, div. Küchengeräte), ein Schlafraum (Doppelbett) sowie ein Bad mit DU/WC und Waschmaschine. Beheizt wird die Unterkunft mit einer Zentralheizung. Zur Verfügung stehen eine überdachte und möblierte Terrasse, Grillmöglichkeit, Fahrradabstellraum, Parkplatz und WLAN. Zwei Fahrräder können vor Ort geliehen werden (5 EUR/Rad und Tag). Im Gesamtpreis enthalten sind die Endreinigung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher sowie der Wasser- und Energieverbrauch.

Reetzow ist ein Dorf in der landschaftlich reizvollen Umgebung des so genannten Thurbruchs, einem der größten Niedermoorgebiete Ostdeutschlands. Umrahmt vom Gothensee und vom Kachliner See und durchzogen von zahlreichen Flüssen und Entwässerungsgräben ist die Gegend ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren und Angeln. Durch die Nähe zum Ostseebad Bansin (ca. 4 km) mit einer sehr guten touristischen Infrastruktur, bietet Reetzow seinen Gästen eine gute Mischung aus ländlicher Idylle und belebtem Tourismus.
