Ferienbungalow mit Terrasse und Seeblick in Sellin
Am 24.05.2014 konnten wir im neu erbauten Bungalowgebäude die ersten Gäste begrüßen!Der Bungalow hat eine Größe von ca. 62 m² und befindet sich auf dem selbem Grundstück wie das Ferienhaus und die Wohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus - nur ca. 30 m vom Selliner See.
Es handelt sich hier um ein eingeschossiges Gebäude mit Flachdach (Gründach). Die Fassade ist geklinkert und das Haus hat Kunststoffenster und elektrische Rolläden.Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und läßt keine Wünsche offen:Alle Fenster haben innen Plisses. Die Fußböden wurden mit Vinylan bzw. Fliesen ausgelegt. Die Wände haben einen rustikalen Strukturputz bzw. in den Schlafzimmern Vliestapete und die Decken sind mit Holzpaneele verkleidet. Das Bad hat Fußbodenheizung, ist mit hochwertiger Keramik und einer Glasdusche ausgestattet. Die Wohnung besitzt eine moderne und komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Ceranfeld, Abzugshaube, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeevollautomat ... Ebenfalls gibt es einen Kaminofen. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer steht Ihnen SAT-TV zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls ist ein WLAN-Anschluss vorhanden. Ein Pkw-Stellplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.Die Sauna mit Ruheraum im Ferienhaus lädt zum relaxen ein und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.Gut erzogene und liebe Hunde sind auf Anfrage möglich!
Der Bungalow hat eine großzügige Terrasse - mit direktem Seeblick.
In nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die bekannte Selliner Seebrücke und den Ostseestrand mit seinem feinkörnigen weißen Sand. Auf dem Weg dorthin laden in der Wilhelmstraße zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafes zum Verweilen ein.

Für die gemeinschaftliche Nutzung ist im Ferienhaus ein Waschmaschinenraum eingerichtet. Hier finden Sie eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner mit Münzautomat.
