This atmospheric gem is ideal for 2/4 people who want to travel together because the house offers two apartments in one. The first extends over two levels. Downstairs, you are greeted by the living room with a sofa corner and dining area. A well-equipped kitchen and an adjacent terrace. A guest toilet completes the amenities on the first level. On the second level, a master bedroom with walk-in closet with adjacent balcony and bathroom with bathtub awaits you. On the third level is the second studio apartment with exposed beams. Furnishings include a living area with a double bed and sofa, a small kitchen with seating and a bathroom with shower. The recently renovated house is only 100 meters from the lake. Well-behaved dogs are welcome downstairs. The host rent the entire house. Apartments are not rented individually.

Other leisure facilities: In Caslano, there is a beautiful lido and a miniature golf course, as well as various opportunities for outings into nature.
