Villa Ortanella is located in Vrsi, only 5 km from the royal city of Nin and 20 km from the city of Zadar. This modern beauty will attract guests who are looking for a luxurious and peaceful holiday, and who will enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing together with their family or friends. Vrsi is a small tourist place that welcomes guests from all over the world with its modern and beautiful villas and its friendliness. You will enjoy walking along the long pebble beaches where you can enjoy the sun, clear sea and outdoor gym.

The villa was built in a contemporary construction style in 2023, offers guests 200 m2 of living space, and the area of the property is 2200 m2. It is only 300 metres from the sea, and the same distance from the pebble beach where you can swim in the clean Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people who will be accommodated in 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds (180x200), and 2 rooms each have 2 single beds (90x200). There are also 4 bathrooms in the villa, three have showers and one has a bathtub, and there are also 2 separate toilets.

You can use two living rooms, two kitchens that are equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. You will enjoy relaxing your body and soul in the sauna and massage tub.

On the outdoor terrace there is an outdoor dining table with a sea view, a heated swimming pool of 35 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. An additional function of the pool is a waterfall, and next to it there are deckchairs for sunbathing and reading. You will be able to prepare food on a gas grill or on a grill (coal/wood).

During your stay you can use bicycles and SUP.

The courtyard of the villa is completely fenced and offers 7 private parking places.

If you are a fan of sailing or windsurfing, you will find excellent conditions for this sport in Vrsi, because during the summer months the mistral blows every day, which is ideal for this type of activity.

Adventurers in Vrsi can rent buggies or drive on mountain trails with expert guidance. There is also the famous sandy beach Ričine, which is suitable for the whole family, especially for the youngest. A special interest of this area is the nearby islet of Zečevo, where there is also the church of Our Lady of Zečevo, and a small beach.

From historical sights, you can visit the nearby old Croatian royal city of Nin, and if you want to enjoy untouched nature and primeval wilderness, be sure to visit Velebit mountain and Paklenica National Park.

These are two separate units, and the owners also live in the villa. While the guests are in the villa, the owners will not use the pool!
