The 49,000 m2 property includes a marvellous 1300 m2 garden landscape. Enjoy hours of sunbathing on the natural stone terrace around the shallow, chlorine-free pool. The chill-out roof by the pool and the adjoining sunbathing lawn offer cosy shady spots for relaxing naps. From here, you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. Adjacent to the house, you can enjoy pleasant al fresco meals in a rustic, sun-protected dining area. There is also a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue, a bathroom with shower and a guest WC. The acoustically perceptible country road near the private access road takes you to the beautiful sandy beaches on the east coast of Mallorca in just a few minutes.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The interior of the impressive property dating back to 1896 has been carefully renovated, retaining typical Mallorcan elements such as natural stone walls and traditional furniture. On the ground floor there is a rustic living room with a long dining table, a cosy TV corner with fireplace and access to the outdoor area. Right next door: the spacious, fully equipped country kitchen with a further dining area. From here you can also access a cosy little terrace. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise here with freshly brewed coffee! There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a utility room and a bathroom on the ground floor. The other 3 sleeping areas are located on the upper floor, three of which have their own en suite bathroom. In addition, two bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the garden. There is a further, separate bathroom and a semi-open fitness terrace with a cross trainer, spinning bike, a multifunctional training bench and two sit-up benches.

The holiday home is located in a rural area near the east coast of Mallorca. Good shopping facilities can be found in Manacor, 10 minutes away by car. The beaches of Cala Mendia, S'Illot, Porto Cristo, Sa Coma and Cala Romántica are 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
