Welcome to this pretty holiday home in Tvååker, very close to theSwedish west coast. The cottage is surrounded by a natural, hilly plotwith a garden, a lovely green lawn, and gorgeous rhododendrons thatbloom in June. The cottage has a large terrace of 95 square metres, itfeatures several types of outdoor furniture, as well as a barbecuegrill. In the garden you will find a lovely garden swing, excellent forrelaxing and admiring the delightful surroundings. You also have accessto a shared sauna.

The cottage features a beautiful and well equipped kitchen with adishwasher. The living room is tastefully decorated and features awood-burning stove, a sofa suite, and a TV with a game console. Thebedroom is light and airy and contains a comfortable double bed. In thebathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine.There's a second bedroom in the annex, it features a single bed and abunk bed. The living room opens onto the spacious terrace which ispartly roofed. There's a sauna on location, it fits 6-8 people and isshared with cottage no. 76379.

There are several beautiful lakes in the vicinity, the closest one islake Ottersjön which is only 700 metres away. Tvååker is set just aboutin between the lovely coastal towns of Varberg and Falkenberg. It takesabout twenty minutes to drive to both towns. Varberg offers golfing,boat trips, historical sites, a marine museum and the beautiful“Kallbadhuset”, an old, seaside bath house which is a must-visit!

The lovely summer town of Falkenberg is a twenty minute drive away.Falkenberg offers plenty of beautiful walking paths and excellentfishing opportunities. There are also tennis- and riding possibilities.The popular beach Skrea strand is not far from the town centre, you canget there by bus or walk there. There are plenty of other lovely bathingspots within a few kilometres distance. Stroll through the Old Town andadmire the picturesque view, stop for a coffee in one of Falkenberg'sexcellent cafés, such as Ståhlbom's and Borgmästargården. Take a walkalong the river Ätran and admire the stunning view. Falkenberg offersshops, restaurants, bars, night clubs, music events and many otheractivities.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Es steht noch ein weiteres kleines Häuschen mit einem Etagenbett und einer Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Hier gibt es auch ein Bad und eine Waschmaschine. Mit der Ausstattung war ich nicht besonders zufrieden. Ich habe eine große Pfanne und Kochtöpfe vermisst. Es gab nur eine kleine Pfanne, eine Art Mini-Wok-Pfanne und 2 Stil-Kasserolen. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre auch schön gewesen. Das Haus hat, bis auf das Bad, keine Heizung. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Kaminofen und eine Klimaanlage. Leider gab es für den Kaminofen keine Bedienungsanleitung, deshalb haben wir teilweise gefroren, da es im Juli ungewöhnlich kalt war. Das Haus ist für 5 Personen ausgeschrieben. Die müssen sich aber auf 2 Häuser verteilen und im Haupthaus gibt es nur einen kleinen viereckigen Tisch, an dem nur 4 Personen Platz finden. Das Haus war, bis auf die Fenster, sauber. Sehr ungewöhnlich fand ich, das der Gefrierschrank fast komplett mit Lebensmitteln gefüllt war. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich auch Lebensmittel, ebenso wie Vorrats- und Geschirrschrank. An der Garderobe hingen noch einige Jacken und auf der Terrasse standen noch Schuhe.     “Die Lage ist sehr naturnah. Zum Einkaufen sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu einem kleinen Markt. Dieser ist allerdings nur mäßig ausgestattet. Zu einem größeren Supermarkt sind es 20 Minuten. Das ist schon sehr weit.”
