Comfortable house in a quiet village, ideal for families

Comfortable accommodation located on the ground floor of the estate for families up to eight people, which is ideal for two families or a larger family. It is located in the quiet and small village Puntera, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a partial view of the sea a couple kilometers away.



Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available in the house, as a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a whirlpool tub and four bedrooms with eight large beds (six beds 200x90cm + french bed 200x160cm). Two additional possibilities for sleeping on a sleeping couch.



Guests can enjoy the use of well-maintained garden with a pool (round pool 4m x 1,2m depth) and a basement with fireplace ideal for grilling. There are two parking spaces within the plot.



Maintained beaches or nice natural beaches are however ten and more kilometers away (Rabac, Krnica, Rakalj, Pula, Medulin).

    “Positiv: Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Man kann dort sehr gut abschalten. Der Pool ist schön und wir hatten darin richtig viel Spaß. Wir waren mit unseren fünf Kindern dort und hatten wirklich jede Menge Platz! Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns ein paar Tipps. Negativ: Es fehlen Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt. Darauf muss man sich einstellen. Freizeit: Istralandia - es ist ca. 65 km entfernt, aber es lohnt sich definitiv! Man sollte den Eintritt vorher online buchen, dann muss man nicht an der Schlange anstehen!”
