This semi-detached house of around 80m² is on a quiet street.



The ground floor provides a 35m² living room with an integrated kitchen and a fireplace stove, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room. The kitchen provides all the basics, along with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and an oven. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms and a guest WC. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200cm), while the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm). All the windows have exterior blinds. A washing machine and dryer are available for doing laundry (payable).



Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture for four people. There is also a grill. A car parking space is available.

    “Negativ: Wir fanden es nicht schön, das man praktisch von noch 3 anderen familien umgeben war. Ungestört auf der Terrasse sitzen nicht möglich. Hund durfte sich auf diesem sehr kleinen Stück nicht ohne Leine bewegen. Unangepasst finden wir die extra Zahlung für den Hund. Der Hund macht nicht mehr Dreck wie ein kleines Kind. Schäden wären durch die Versicherung abgedeckt”

    “Wenn alle Häuser in der Anlage belegt sind, wäre das für uns zu eng. Positiv: Küche ist relativ gut mit Geschirr und Gläsern sowie Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Der Verwalter ist freundlich und bei Problemen hilfreich. Negativ: Der Warmwasserboiler (30L) ist für vier Erwachsene eindeutig zu wenig. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist eher weniger für Erwachsene geeignet, die Betten stehen auseinander und sind zu schmal.”
