The house is on a mountain in a quiet area at 420 metres above sea level. The house is right by a forest on a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is in the basement to the left.
The apartment is fully-furnished in a country house style, measures around 65m², has a separate entrance and access to its own area of garden with a table and chairs – a perfect place for breakfast. The comfortable living room provides a corner sofa, a flatscreen TV (32”, satellite) and a fluffy carpet. The dining corner has a dining table and comfortable chairs. A stereo system, a selection of books and wireless Internet access provide relaxing entertainment. The big double bed (180 x 200cm) with comfortable mattresses in the bedroom provides all the necessary modern sleeping comfort. A children’s bed can be provided on request. The separate kitchen with all the necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster invites you to cook. Glasses, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, tea towels are also provided. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, towels, bathrobes, a hairdryer and slippers.
