Die ca.85m2 große Doppelhaushälfte liegt an einer Anliegerstrasse, unweit der Seestrasse.
Das Erdgeschoss bietet Ihnen ein 35m2 großes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und einem Kaminofen, ein Bad mit Dusche, sowie einen Abstellraum. In der Küche stehen Ihnen-abgesehen von der Grundausstattung - ein Tiefkühlfach, ein Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle, ein Toaster und ein Backofen zur Verfügung. Das OG setzt sich aus zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Gäste-WC zusammen. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Ehebett (zwei Matratzen 90x200cm) ausgestattet, der andere Schlafraum mit 2 separaten Betten(90x200cm). An allen Fenstern des Hauses sind Außenjalousien angebracht. Zum Wäschewaschen können Sie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner benutzen (gegen Gebühr). WLAN ist vorhanden.(Qualität stark schwankend)
Auf der Südterasse können Sie blickgeschützt sitzen und Ihren Urlaub geniessen.
